
LeChele Parris serves as the Executive Manager for ADI. In this role, she oversees the client intake process, monitors contracts and agreements, and guides educators and staff in the effective use of the facility and other shared resources.
As the unwavering point person for the unit, LeChele’s dedication to supporting both her team and the educators they serve shines through. She leads operations by effectively distributing workloads, maintaining health and safety standards, reconciling financial records, maintaining the administrator’s schedule, and creating impactful procedures and policies.
With a professional background in optimizing organizational effectiveness, hiring, training, and forecasting workloads and events, LeChele earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, focusing on Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Central Michigan University. As a lifelong resident of the Greater Lansing area, she embraces the vibrancy of living near a college campus, where she has raised her three children and shares a home with her spouse.
