
Alicia Jenner (she/her) is the Interim Director for Continuing Education for ADI, where she focuses on advancing the integration of emerging technologies in higher education. Her work spans instructional design, user experience, and online program development, with a growing emphasis on micro-credential development, non-credit programming, and building the institutional structures needed to support MSU's evolving portfolio. She manages partnerships with external organizations and serves as a key liaison across MSU's academic and administrative units, supporting educators, faculty, and staff through project management, communications, and change management.
Alicia contributes to university-wide initiatives at the intersection of technology and learning. She actively engages in regional and national professional communities focused on online and continuing education, supporting collaboration and professional development across the field. She holds a Master of Education in Curriculum and Instructional Technology from Iowa State University and is completing her Ed.D. in Leadership for Educational Equity in Higher Education from the University of Colorado Denver, expected in 2027.
